BuildCircle is the easiest way for general contractors in the construction industry to manage their subtrades. The BuildCircle mobile application is designed for estimators, subcontractors, trades persons, site managers and contractors to access their project documents on the go. In the application you can access your online plansroom on the worksite or at home or even on the road (with someone else driving). For your free subcontractor user account, BuildCircle is an invite only system. If you subcontract and haven't been invited to BuildCircle ask your general contractors if they have a subscription. General contractors manage hundreds to thousands of subcontractors using the main BuildCircle Bid Management Software portal. For a low monthly subscription we automate aspects of the design build / bid management process so you can save time and make more profit. Features include: construction document and plans management; automated FAX and email communication; instantaneous reports and full audit trails; setup a project, upload the documents and send out to thousands of subcontractors in a matter of minutes. User account for BuildCircle Bid Management software is required for use.
