Callorb is a call tracking and call management application which allows a user to annotate their mobile calls - both incoming and outgoing. Callorb keeps track of the call details including caller number, caller name, duration, whether it is incoming or outbound, date/time, and the users annotation of the call and what it was about. This information is all accessible from the phone or from the web application. The Callorb web application allows users to further annotate the calls, set up reminders and tasks, and perform basic reporting functions. Callorb is a permanent repository of the call history of the phone. Calls can also be permanently archived. There is even a feature to manually add calls which may have come through another source. One of Callorb's biggest strengths is its grouping feature which allows the user to define groups and then assign those calls to the groups. For example, a user may simply want to have two groups - "Business" and "Personal" - to track whether calls are business related or personal in nature. Or perhaps the user is a property manager and wants to store the calls by client or by project. There is great flexibility here in defining groups then assigning calls and later reporting on those groups of calls over time or by specific time period. Callorb also has a built in reminder application as well. So after reviewing a call, the user can establish a reminder to follow up at a future date and time with that caller or for some othre purpose. For example, to Real Estate Agent may want to follow up with a potential client the following Spring about a listing.
