Been There, Done That is an affordable help desk program designed for the poor, overworked IT support person on a tight budget. Been There, Done That! now includes interactive Dashboards and Pivot Tables and Charts. A Scheduler feature is also included. The program makes it easy for the smallest IT shop, even a single IT Specialist working alone, to track and report on Users, Support Requests, and IT inventory. An end user report designer is included but may never be needed because a variety of reports are included and the customizable grids can be easily exported in a variety of formats.
