Formdocs Electronic Forms Software replaces Omniform and is a complete solution for easily creating, filling-in, and managing the forms you use in your business or organization every day. Even the most novice user can scan any paper form and convert it to a fill-able electronic form. Most forms in Word and PDF can also be converted to fill-able FormDocs forms.
Filled-in forms can be saved as individual documents or grouped together as records in an included, simple-to-use document management database where all forms can be organized, browsed, listed, and searched.
