Order attributes extension has been developed by Fme to allow Magento store owners to customize their checkout page as per their requirements. The e-merchants can add text box in the checkout to let customers drop a private message related to product delivery or packaging. The merchants can add other fields in registration page like text area, date, multiple select, checkbox, radio box. This extension is best suitable for the e-merchants dealing in product that requires diverse information then the normal products in order to complete the order.
