Easy to use free software--ideal for small businesses to sell online. Pay as you go charges for use of our secure order server keeps up front costs to a minimum, you only pay after you've made sales ($2 per order)--the more successful you are, the more we benefit too.No special requirements, the software provides a desktop interface to input product, service, and other data critical for a successful Web shop. The resulting Web sites comply with W3C and other international Web standards and use CSS for all display and positioning. Various theme designs can be selected to alter the look and feel, alternative are downloadable and custom or bespoke designs are easily created. The resulting XHTML Web site can be hosted on any server as a standalone site or as an e-commerce microsite. Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2--available free from Microsoft Update or directly from the Shopfitter servers.
Version 4 adds 4 option sets, tracking tools, automated XML/TXT sitemap and Google Base feed generation.
