SOS 6 is based on managing cash flow up to three different banks simultaneously. SOS 6's prominent advantage is the fact that it is based on a spreadsheet platform such as Microsoft Excel. It is possible to type into the program the total expected payments for which checks were not yet written, such as future paychecks, fund and interest payments to banks and other entities, regular or special insurance payments, unexpected expenses, and so on. Management Summary page, concentrates essential current and future information, automatically. The system presents clearly the following conditions: 1) The balance in each bank for the current day; 2) The overall balance for withdrawal in all banks combined; 3) The nearest time in which the balance in each bank will breach the credit frame (will be over the allowed limit) and each bank's balance at that day; 4) The nearest time in which the accumulating balance in all banks will breach the credit frame and the amount of overdraft. SOS 6 Sends automatic each day an e-mail to you. The Software sends daily, an e-mail to you, or to whom you choose, with the balance in each bank for the current day and the nearest time in which the balance in each bank, and the accumulating balance in all banks, will breach the credit frame.
