Enhanced SMS and Caller ID for Android can be used to both have your incoming SMS messages and incoming calls read to you so that you can obey hands free laws. Having messages read aloud by your phone (either through the speaker or a headset) is great for freeing up your hands. It uses the Text-to-speech functionality of your android phone to speak to you so make sure to enable and set that up first. It also provide voice notifications of event reminders for your Google calendar.
