SysTools Google Vault Downloader software archives and fetches data from the Google Vault in PST and MBOX formats. While downloading the data, it provides an option to fetch information on a priority basis which means that the data can be downloaded from any one of the listed accounts first. The resultant PST file format is compatible with Outlook, Office 365, whereas, on the other hand, the MBOX file can be imported into email clients supporting it such as Thunderbird, Pocomail, Entourage, Eudora. Users can also fetch only selective data using the categories and date filter options. The tool facilitates the feature to download emails and documents from the Google Vault. With the help of the date-filter option, users can archive the information within the date range that they choose to provide.The Google Vault downloader tool provides dual options to fetch the users. The Admin can automatically fetch all the user Ids from the platform or they can import a CSV file that contains a list of users whose data needs to be downloaded. It is capable of automatically splitting a file of large size into standard files. The software provides an advanced dashboard to keep a track of the live working of the tool. A summary report is also generated at the end containing the information regarding the entire process. The tool supports Windows 10 (64-bit), Windows 2012 / 2016 Server, and does the job smoothly & in a healthy manner.
