WebCam Avatar is a free program that allows you to take a photo, funny pictures from a webcam and get an animated avatar with a few simple steps: Click "Take Snapshot" If necessary, go to the camera settings and change what you want. 1) Enter the name of your avatar. 2)Enter the dimensions of the final animation. 3) Check the checkbox if you want the animation to repeat, and display in our gallery. 4) Click "Create".
