A window placed over the whole screen let you see through on the 640x480 area so you see how your website fits into this screen area for older Macs. The rest of the screen is colored with an user choosen color.This application is freeware and comes with included source as an example what can be done using Realbasic, if you have the Monkeybread Software Realbasic Plugin installed.
