This Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2K/XP 32bit application is very useful to measure objects in Pixels, Inches, Picas, Centimeters, Percentage of Length and Custom. It features a horizontal or vertical orientation, a dynamic mouse tracking measurement, custom length, plus it can also float above all other windows. It will even measure diagonally. Very handy when designing Web Pages and other screen layouts.
