Splatter is a LIVE WALLPAPER that splats paint onto the background when you drop a widget or tap the surface. With different colors selected you can make splatters that look like paint or blood. Splatter, unlike most live wallpapers, won't drain your battery.TO USE: Home -> Menu -> Wallpapers -> Live WallpapersPlease do not give 1 star because you can't find it.
