PNGCommentator is a powerful metadata editor for PNG image files. It has batch processing features including support for a number of text macros, and allows you to export metadata as a separate file to be imported to other files later. The editor is clearly laid out and simple to use, supporting all the interface features you would expect, such as copy and paste, and drag and drop.

- Due to a bug, colour profiles and some other information was sometimes stripped from an image during saving. This has been fixed PNGCommentator also used ot ignore unknown data chunks. These are now preserved
