We all used to say that the first thing we'd take out of a burning house were the photos. Digital file storage makes that a thing of that past. What's concerning is that most leave their photos with a single provider. (That's a lot of eggs in one basket.) What happens if you accidentally delete a bunch of images? Or, if there's a technical glitch? Or, if you lose access to your account? These notions scared us, so, we went looking for backup solutions. You know what? They're awful. They take time, fiddling, and are overly technical.So, we got to work, and built Pixaver. It's dead simple. You link your Google Photos (we'll add other services in the future) account to it, and we back up all of your photos. In less than a minute, your photo backup problem is solved. Our app doesn't organize your photos. It doesn't use AI to identify places or things. It's not something you'll ever even log into... unless the unthinkable happens. At that point, Pixaver (pic + saver, get it?) could be a real godsend.
