The Athletic Training Injury Evaluation tool provides a basic injury record designed from the H.O.P.S. method of evaluation (History, Observation, Palpation, Special tests, Impression, Severity). The record can be saved and searched on the device. The summary record can be emailed from the device to your own email and/or shared with team physician and other health care professionals.
