TrainIt is a complete multisport training and wellness solution and is used by athletes, sport enthuasists, weight watchers and all kind of people interested of their wellness.Basic version of TrainIt is free. You will get a nice set of features with basic version. But... if you want even more you can buy one or several of TrainIt add-on packages. Bought add-on packages are for your personal use only and are attached to your TrainIt account so you can change your phone or re-install TrainIt as often you want and preserve your bought products.Basic version features:- Workout recording with GPS track and/or heart rate data.- Automatic switching between GPS (outdoor) and non-GPS (indoor) modes. If GPS signal is available the recorder will use it and if it is not available then only heart rate signal is recorded. - Support for Bluetooth heart rate belts (Polar Wearlink + transmitter with Bluetooth or Zephyr hrm).- Workout diary with day, week and month views.- Manual editing of workouts.- Online tracking of workouts. Your friends can see e.g. your location and heart rate on www.trainit.fi website.- Meal diary.- Manual editing of meals. Select your foods from over 3000 foods.- Add and edit your today's health data like resting heart rate, weight or waist girth.If you are serious about training then training add-on package might be for you. Training add-on package offers e.g. following extra features:- Real-time heart rate graphs during workout. See how your heart rate is changing when you are training...- Multipart workouts like Running 1h/5 miles + Cycling 30min/10 miles.
