With IQ Flash Cards you can create your own flash cards for whatever it is you are trying to learn like history, spelling, foreign language or exams such as driving or realestate. Some of the flash cards already included are math facts, chemestry, state capitals and a sample spelling flash card set. Despite this program's modest size and look, it is quite effective and easy to use. This program is not shareware, it is donationware, you only pay if you want to.Version 3.24, fixed the problem in version 3.23 where the card flashing timer would not reset to 0 if the user stopped flashing a set cards without completing them and loaded another card set.
