No installation is needed to run PocketClassmaker and no directories, files or Windows registry settings are left behind when you delete it. No separate third party libraries need to be downloaded. PocketClassmaker has everything it needs in it's zip archive. Simply download the zip archive and extract it to:1. Your USB drive. You can run it from there. Yes, really! 2. Any directory on your Windows machine 3. Your Google Drive or Dropbox 4. Your school network
It's industrial strength database, FirebirdSQL, can be used as either single-user or multi-user. Plan together as a syndicate.
Here's some of the things that Classmaker can do:
1. Handle any kind of schedule, from ad hoc planning through to rotating schedules. 2. Multiple users with different subjects share the same database. 3. Individual lessons and file attachments organised under Units of Work. 4. All data, including file attachments, are stored inside a single database file for simple backup. 5. All data stored inside the database can be searched using Windows Search. No tags required. 6. A daily print-out of all lessons can be printed off in summary format, regardless of the Unit of Work they belong to. 7. Reports can be customised using Microsoft Word mail merge or Javascript. 8. Export everything in your database to disk. Lesson plans are written as HTML files. File attachments are exported too.
