The Max Your Macs Essentials Learning Series has been professionally developed in a real-world setting to address the concerns and needs of newer OS X users and others interested in exploring OS X topics and features they may not be aware of. A very unique approach provides the viewer an easy to follow program loaded with illustrations, table and charts to explore OS X in a less technical and friendly manner. The program is provided in two formats. One, an interactive QuickTime program allowing chapter selection and click through pages. Second, is the program in PDF format. This allows printing of some or all of the pages for hardcopy reference. The most unique aspect is the inclusion of a free consultation session with the author. You do not simply buy this program and then are left on your own. You are entitled to a learning session lasting up to one-half hour by phone, e-mail or even personal office visit if local to our area. Whatever your questions, you are welcome to address your OS X needs during this session with no limit on the number of topics or subjecst within the given time duration. For the price of a single incident call to most tech support agencies, you get the learning CD program presented in two formats for your convenience plus a full 1/2 hour consultation session with an Apple Certifed Help Desk Specialist, Apple Product Professional and Apple Consultants Network member. This program is primarily distributed on CD, however it is also available for download. Once purchased, the download link is sent along with your free consultation registration number.
