Just the information you need, provided accurately, quickly, and for your exact location.Great for climbing, hiking, skiing, or any outdoor activity where weather from a nearby city isn't accurate enough. Weather Here uses your GPS location to get the most local weather available. GPS on the phone will provide the most accurate location, but usually isn't needed. Nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi networks can also provide this information, and will be checked first to save time and battery. You can now enter a zip code or city/state by long pressing on the title bar. This is intended as a backup for when your phone cannot find an accurate location on its own. You can prevent re-entering this information by enabling the save location option in the settings. I'm working on a improved location manager.To provided highly localized forecasting, Weather Here uses point forecasts from the National Weather Service (NOAA/NWS), and is therefore only available in the US.This is the ad supported free version of Weather Here. There is also a 10 second delay to access the radar.
