1. Setup and register your Careot Account with your Facebook, Gmail or Email IDs.
2. When you install this new version you get tips on how best to use to benefit from the Careot App.
3. Add a new food item that is not available on back end database. A Careot App User can now manually enter new food items, along with Nutritional information if you cannot find the food item on the back end database. Data for these entries are stored on your local device.
4. The GPS Location feature allows you to save or update location when entering a meal. The location finder pull up meals saved at a location when you revisit the same place. You can also search meals by location and reuse a meal from the list of saved meals so you do not have to reenter meal and food item information all over again.
5. We have made the Zip Code field Alphanumeric so users around the world can use the GPS meal location function.
6. Enter and track up to 3 versions of blood work history and be able to see this data at a later time. Only the three most entries are to be stored. The first screen presents the most recent Blood Work Report with date, click on history and you will see links to your two previous Blood Work reports. We recommend you identify each report with the date it was created.
7. Get a total daily calorie count in the journal section.
8. Skip a journal entry and enter food information for a past date, also edit saved meals.
9. Get an automatic update that a new version of the Careot App is now available on the iTunes App store for you to download. We recommend that you back up your app and data to iCloud. You can then get previously entered data to work with new versions of Careot by getting your back up from iCloud.
10. Post achievements to Facebook directly from your Careot App.
11. Enlarge food item pictures in the journal, Edit, Add and Reuse exiting Meal sections.
