Online employee time tracking software with a mobile time clock that includes online work schedule templates, manager controlled communication panel, labor cost controls through budgets, forecasts, and alerts, help keep expenses low. Since the staff scheduling app is web-based employees don't need to be in the office to access schedules, keep track of emails, or printed spreadsheets. At a minimum they just need an internet connection and browser enabled device. The smart schedule generates automated text messages for shift covers and sends out SMS to only the right employees at the right time. If a staff member wants to pick up they shift they simply respond to the text, and upon a managers approval (optional) the schedule will automatically update to reflect any changes.
