PolyGlot is a suite development tools for designing and creating spoken languages. Want to make the next constructed language like Klingon or Dothraki? Then you need a tool as nerdy as you are! PolyGlot is still in beta, with many features still in the future, but includes is a system of integrated elements that allows easy creation and editing of languages with arbitrary character sets, alphabetical orders, logographic symbols, regex based conjugation systems, and more.
