As personal devices are migrating from PCs to smartphones, more personal data are stored in server clouds. UCee wants to build a cloud of PCs instead. UCee is a software that connects two computers or smartphones together even when they are on separate private networks. The computers/smartphones communicate directly; the data are never transferred to intermediary computers. You can: 1. Access your PC files from a smartphone or another PC. 2. Get real-time alert when files are added, deleted or modified. Also: 3. Make your PC files accessible to yourself, buddies or public. 4. Get real-time alert when others download the files. 5. Get the download histories of the files. 6. Search public files of people who have downloaded your public files. 7. Search public files by keyword/phrases.
