Several fixes, localizations, and small tweaks.

• Fixed crashes and failed burns caused by compatibility issues between smoke and many graphics cards
• Fixed a Core Graphics problem that caused unnecessary logging to console
• Fixed crash when attempting to burn multiple copies of a disc
• Fixed a crash on startup when Disco was launched on a mac without a build in disc burner
• Fixed a variety of other crashers
• Fixed graphical glitches that appeared with Leopard
• Fixed issue where transparency settings were not always used
• Fixed issue where window shadow would not be drawn properly on a cold launch
• Removed the redundant burn confirmation step after reburn was clicked
• The second batch of localizations:
• Many fixes in French and Spanish
• Added support for: German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Russian
• Several other minor tweaks and enhancements
