Eternity is a DOS based utility software designed to be open source. It supports extensions and includes an automatic update tool to help keep the software up to date. The Extensions manager does not have to be re-programmed for new extensions, it supports any in its directory. I have had rave reviews so far for this software, and its potential is unlimited. It's mission is to provide an easy way for common tasks, and services to be performed.
Also, an improved update program will be included, and new extensions manager. We encourage people to write extensions. Extensions are essentially .bat files renamed to .QEP. Version 1.9 feature updates, better interface (no glitches), new extensions manager, ability to launch java extensions.
