Kyaya Media Player aka KMP or Kyayamp is a Open Source media player for OS X and is licensed under GPL (GNU General Public License) software agreement and is free to build for Windows and Linux or any other platforms. Taking advantage of Apple's Core animation and Spotlight features makes it a fast and stable software. Kyaya Media Player is made in realbasic. People are encouraged to make and build on to the kyaya media player project and also to make their own versions of it and are free to redistribute the software. Kyaya Media Player is currently only available for Mac OS X on both PowerPC and the Intel architecture but our intentions are to move to Windows and Linux and also the Sparc Platform. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
